I did not call them, I called cameraexpress this morning first thing, told them to cancel the order and the guy asked why and I told him I have seen reviews that said the were selling gray market stuff, he told me no and gve me the speech on how its all american and what not - then told me it had already shipped and would be here tomorrow. this guy said he was a supervisor.

after I hung up, I thought to myself, no way it already was shipped out. SO I called them back, the guy who answered the phone told me he was a general manager and could authorize me a 200$ reduction on the cost, I said no and it on on for about 15 minutes trying to talk me out of it, I finally told him that there was no way it shipped, it did not ship on sunday and it did not go out yet today because it was to early and that if I received it I was going to refuse delivery .. he told me to open the package after I get it and look it over, I told him no way, if your giving me this kind of problem canceling I cant imagine what will happen if I open it. finally I said, thats the way it is, if I get it your getting it back. He said he would try to stop it from going out....

reminded me of that movie boiler room... everyone is a manager and everyone is able to give me big discounts and crap...

those guys are the worse company I have ever delt with in terms of trying to upsell and not wanting to cancel an order.
I hope they are not dumb enough to actually send it to me.

I would also inform your credit card company , in case they forget to cancel it and credit you.

I just looked to see what came as part of the camera and could not find whats included. I always assume that when you buy something, everything thats suppose to be there is there
