Candid... you're making it a sport proving to me I'm wrong, don't you? You most likely have the bugfix in Microsoft's Virtual Machine fixed. So do I. But a standard Windows installation all the way up to Windows ME does have the bug, and it will change your homepage. Seems you took the advice I gave on my site to download the bugfixes, or you run windows XP or the latest IE6... Or like someone here suggested, use Netscape.
I believe popping consoles the way offshoreclicks is doing is bad for business. It teaches people clicking on banners or even 'just' surfing adult sites will get 'em wound up in console loops from which there's no escape. That's not making money, that's screwing up people's willingness to trust (and pay) for porn. People seem to forget that every business needs a sales pitch and a good product, but without customers any product will fail, no matter how good it is
