    Anyone having problems with models and freesites?

    Just sent out an email that says we no longer allow the posting of Czech girls on Czech sites, paysites or freesites. This is for future licenses but we're asking it to be applied to content already bought.

    Had two replies from shooters saying models are getting pissed off at having their pictures on freesites, where people who know them can see them.

    It's going to be a problem for all of us in the future, if girls turn up to earn $300-500 and suddenly everyone she knows has downloaded her porno pics/video.

    These things spread like wildfire and before you know it all the new potential girls are going to have a friend who has an older sister who posed and got found out.

    Inside paysites they don't mind, it's the free site they object to.

    Anyone else had a problem?

          I respect your work Charly, and I think you do some great stuff, but I'm wondering why you're letting your models bend you over like this?? If a model is going to sign the releases, she has to know what she's getting into. This means YOU own the content, and can do whatever you want with it. This includes mailing it to her grandparents house if you wish.

          I make sure my models know that they do not control the content in any way, shape, or form BEFORE they sign the releases. I can't risk having some lame brain model trying to come after me saying they've changed their minds.

              Charly these girls are getting paid to have their photo taken and put on the internet.
              The photographer should sit them down and explain to them that there's a very good chance someone they know could come across their pictures.

              To try to con them into thinking that "no one you know will see them" is just irresponsible and setting yourself up for visits from angry models.

              Even telling them that it will only be inside of paysites is bullshit. One member + one paysite + one newsgroup = pictures ALL over the internet.

              It's not the webmasters who have the problem here, it's the photographer you're talking about. Instruct him on including a clause in his model release and reading it to the model that says they acknowledge their pictures may at some point be found by people they know and they have no problem with this.

                  A paysite will get 10 views a TGP will get 10,000 it's in the numbers.

                  If the girls start to get seen they will leave the business, then when the younger sister wants money she will know the trouble her older sibling got into, especially doing what you do.

                      Yea I had a bunch of hits to my mgp from a forum once. It was pretty substantial so I checked it out, 2k hits i think. So I searched the forum and found a thread of some guy complaing how his ex girl friend had cum in her hair and dripping off her chin. I looked further and there was my url with directions to her pic.
                      She got upset, but I filmed her after and also filmed 2 of her friends after it happened. I guess it didnt really matter to her.

                          Maybe Dads, Mims and brothers in the US don't mind knowing their daughters are getting shafted up the arse then have their faces covered in spunk by three stangers for $500.

                          But I think it could lead to a major problem, these things take about 5 years to come around. In the UK girls were happy to do porn becasue the filmes did not come back to haunt them. Now they are getting a bit nervous.

                          In Hungary some of the models have run for the hills, DAD SAW THEM ON PRIVATE GOLD.

                              Girls know the risk when they get into this stuff.. I explain to girls the risk all the time, and they still seem to want to get into it..

                                  I do see it eventually happening, but it's not going to dry up the market on girls. I mean any girl with half a brain has already heard some kind of horror story. If that didnt dissuade them It's not my concern really.

                                      I run a life cam site, so i dont really deal with models. but i've fucked a lot of girls on cam. More often they're ok with being an exhibitionist and being on live (and free), but its harder to find girls that'll let me post the session in my members area or save it at all. then, the girls that ARE in my members area they want their face blurred in the member preview pics or at least out of the shot. but they'd probably act different if i paid them or something, but that'd retract from the reality.

                                          I have problems all the time.Its all about model release - if you got the good one then you have no problem.

                                              Put on the model release NO SALES TO CZECH that usually does the trick. This is US sites, posting on CZ freesites. They do not realise the avarage "Workers" wage here is $400 a month and most of the people surfing the net are students on less than half that. Just burning bandwidth. Lets face it here if you have $40 to spend you get a real live girl not one off a screen.

                                                          Love your work, always have. I received your e-mail first thing this morning. Really though, I was very suprised by this. I have told EVERY model I have worked with that once a picture of them is out on the internet there is little to no control I have on deadbeat webmasters copying them and putting them all over the place. It is all about risk-managment on the models part. Sure, it makes me loose a model here or there. But at least they know there is a chance someone they know will see it.

                                                          By the way, I have always wanted to know: Who designed your content store?

                                                                  This sounds insane to me. If these girls weren't willing to take the chance that their friends might see them on the internet, why are they getting nude and posing for pictures in the first place. I understand you want to be able to keep these models around and not lose your babes to shoot, but I'm guessing there are plenty of girls out there who are more than willing to get naked for the whole world.

                                                                      I understand the model's desire not to be discovered by friends and family, but any idea that they can be hidden is simply unrealistic.

                                                                      You'll always have this problem Paul, and given the nature of the Internet it's irrelevent if the domain ends in .cz or not. Sorry I don't have any advice on how to support this effort.

                                                                      I wouldn't be concerned about the availability of models drying up, just may become a little harder to recruit, but they'll always be models.

                                                                      Sounds like a model or two recently gave you some trouble big time.
