                      Many of the new cell phones are G3 bandwidth capable. The one I just got will do 384 Kbps and can go as high as 2Mbps if you are stationary.

                      G3 in the US has been a mess though trying to get all the telecoms agreed on which industry standards to use.

                          I can't believe China went 0 to 60 on this while we are damn near standing still. It makes no sense. America is too beurocratic and it's starting to really hamper our economic development.
