I think we all understand that no means no. That is not the problem here. If someone says they said no, but didn?t that is a big fucking problem.
I believe that 98% of the women that like to spout out in a public place to strangers they have been raped are doing it to gain attention or pitty. The other 2% that are not trying to gain pity, are probably speaking out in a group organized to help women.
I am in no way saying you are full of shit, sexytoykitten, I do not know that, but you have to know that there are women out there who do this and people are going to doubt it.
I think you should take this to the police not a public webmaster forum.
