Depends on the quality of the TGP traffic and when they list you. I have partners that list me ASAP and I make money within hours of posting. I have also submitted and not been listed for a month, or at all.
Lots of variables.
I submit 2 or 3 days a week tops, not daily like I should.Comment

everyday i submit 2 movie galleries.
not sure if that qualifies as an answer to your question.
the last gallery i submitted is getting only 20k as of the moment (the other mgp's haven't reviewed the gallery yet) and i already got 2 signups from it.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Read them rules at the submit pages of every TGP you submit 2!
Every TGP has it's own requirements!
Original content, not more than X amount of banners etc etc
Visit the TGP you'd like 2 submit 2, click some of the textlinks and make some notes! and ask yourself:
Why do they list that gallery and not mine?

I used to submit years back, but I don't do it anymore as I can use my time more more efficently if i have a team of submitters, so that's how it works for me.
