My black lab has an ear that is about half ripped off from fucking with my tomcat..... or the mamma, we don't know which one finally had enough and damn near ripped his ear off his head. LOL
He is so pretty..... you'll have to show pics when you get his weight back up on him. I've never heard of this breed, but he's a nice looking dog.
