Can anyone else confirm for me the 2 gig of RAM thing??

That Win XP can only use 1 gig max anyhow so i just wasted my 200.00 or so bucks on getting 2 gig?

I remeber hearling this back in the day with the older PC's and operationg systems but thought XP could use it?
