yup,working in a chair all day did a number to my health,so i had to change my eating habits.

- 2 hard boiled eggs in the moring (no yolk)

- chicken and broccoli for dinner.(most of the time)

- 30 minutes on treadmill and 80 stomache crunches everyday.

- no food after 6 pm.
