Eat breakfast!!!! It's so hard for me in the mornings, but I have to eat something for breakfast, even if it's just a hard boiled egg or a piece of fruit. Eat a big lunch. Have an afternoon snack. Eat a light dinner (no rice, no pasta, nothing heavy and greasy) I eat no sugar and no white flour products and avoid high fructose corn syrup like the plague. I lost 25 lbs just doing that and changing nothing else. Now I'm at a plateu and have to add exercise.

I am going to try your plan.. I hate breakfast.. I choked down a bannana this morning but I did not enjoy it... although I like bannanas.. just not in the morning lol
My favorite food in the world is rice lol
I am going to try my best to lay off of it though..
