eat properly every morning big breakfest, than don't eat nothing till the lunch time (it should be the biggest meat of the day), in the afternoon try to eat only fruits and vegetables and for dinner take something light like seafood, but stop eating after 6pm and try ride a bike sometimes, if you gonna do this, you'll see and feel the resault pretty soon and than you'll be surprised how much you feel great........., good luck and trust me you can make it
