    Netbilling Alternative

    I?m finding it very difficult to find a 3rd party processor to process my products, so now I?m looking to get a back-up merchant account. We use netbilling and they are fantastic but I would like a good back-up to netbilling who also do the fraud protections etc.

    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

    i use netbilling also. there good for processing but DONT EVER try to get help after hours. the person that asnwers the phone is not better then an Answering machine. Last few times i called there after hours i think they quit.



    But Mitch runs a good service overall

    Cascading billing. FHG's, free video content, and a real revshare program.

        I'm sorry that you feel that way. We actually have several people here after hours for customer service and a tech is always on call after hours and the programmers are on for emergency support. After 6pm PST we typically only handle emergency issues should they arise and if you ever call after hours and feel you are not being helped properly, please request that the customer service representative get in touch with me on my cell phone. You can also email me directly after hours at: [email protected] which I typically answer until at least 11 each night.
