I dont find it funny at all. She was only 16. As stupid as the stunt may be at 16 you think you are invincible. She hadn't developed into the true person she could been at that age.

You can't tell me you guys didnt take risks at that age. I know I did some stupid shit that in hindsight could have easily gotten me killed if one thing went wrong.

They may look mature at 16 but mentaly those kids have a long way to go. A lot falls on the parents shoulders but a lot also goes to chance. This was tragic.

Who the hell knows in 2-3 years she may have matured and been on her way to becoming a doctor or inventor etc.

It is close to impossible to sue Jackass...I think the parents were even quoted saying they knew Jaskass had a disclaimer in the beginning and end of every show. I don't think they will be able
