    What is a good investment?

    I am looking for investments which give a minimum of double your money back and minumum or no work involved.

            its a bitch
            i own 4 - 3 family rental properties
            they are rented for $920 a month each flat,
            however maintenence and other shit just take up too much time

                  i have a maintenence man on contract, they guy barely speaks english, but works like a mofo and cheap.

                  its only 4 houses so no property manager,
                  i have pretty good tenants and guaranteed payment.

                  as far as the adult video store, i was thinking of purchasing one myself
