    It's Robert E. Lee day, so i quit smoking!

    In honor of the great general & man....i've quit smoking today. I just stuck a 21mg clear Nicoderm CQ patch on my arm. And got a pint of ben & jerrys for any other cravings that might happen to come about.

    Wish me luck please!

                                      My uncle is dying of lung cancer, i visited the hospital today & saw literally 100 people all dying from smoking related illness, it was enough to make me sick, i won't EVER smoke again. Unless its Cannabis, & even then i'll make a brownie.

                                      But thanks bro!

                                              dont tell anyone your quitting easier when you just ween off them and not make a deal of it. Too many people to remind you about smoking. Better than being reminded is nobody noticing you just dont do it anymore.
