What's of greater concern if I were a child welfare agent or prosecutor is:
1.) Who's truck was it and who was driving it? Are they under 18? Then their parents are fucked beyond all recognition. Their truck in the hands of a youth? Nope. They're done for.
2.) Who showed a 16 year old an R rated movie? Was it her parents or a family friend? And of all the R rated movies in cinematic history, even the Oscar winners, the ones that raised the bar on cinematic artistry, did this guardian pick a movie with the title of 'JACKASS'??? Whomever it was has some answers.
3.) Who the hell was monitoring the playground? City or private?

I guess I missed the part where it's funny that a 16 year old girl was killed. It's sad and tragic...no matter what the circumstances are. The parents of this child are grieving and in pain...and if you've ever lost a child or even been a parent, this is a parent's worst nightmare and fear. Granted, the stunt was foolish and wreckless, but that doesn't justify this being funny in any way, shape or form. It's just freakin' sad.
