    New to PR ratings

    I just checked my mainstream site i run and its got a PR3 rating. i need PR6 to get the #1 spot on google. where is there a page i can read that will tell me some info i need to boost it? all i know is that i need other links from higher pr sites.

      It's not as simple as getting a higher PR. Optimize good and get lots of quality backlinks that suit your keywords.
