    if the premise of your site is aol girls - then yes, they can claim trademark infringement.

                      I knew the guy who had aolwomen.com and AOL actually managed to jack it straight from the registrar. He did agree to give it up but they didn't even wait for a transfer. He tried to fight it but it was too much of a headache, and too costly.
