              Well, I am not sure...but promoting some teen sites through an unknown partnership program run by Russians could be a little bit risky.
              Russians have probably the worst reputation in thiz biz ( although I know only 1 Russian webmaster and he is very honest )...
              I don't use ICQ anymore.
