I'm a content provider, got 13 page model release forms, with pic ID's, all gov't issued ID's, and video taped testimonials all filed away nice and pretty like, been doing that for years... Just don't have a grasp on the major worry here.

The MAJORY worry is in that of affiliates. Secondary producers are all of a sudden required to have the records on hand as well. The impact could range from minor, to a bit extreme.Originally posted by mcp_catman

Thanks man, I got my ducks in order, and my 6 covered... I have all originals, webmasters have the copies.. Still I'm seeking legal advice either way. Rather pay a lawyer than bail...Comment
