    What are first promotion rights worth to you?

    We are about to open a new 18 teen solo site, at

    stacybride.com
    (don't sign up, its not online yet )

    We are pretty excited about this one, she's got everyone here talking about her!

    I'm willing to give early access to content and a head start on promoting her to a handful of affiliates, but the question is, do I give it to my biggest affiliates, or newer ones that are really willing to bust ass to get a jump start on promoting it?

      give it to top affiliates who want it, they are the ones who deserve it. if i was a top affiliate and saw the program giving content to some newbie over me i would be pretty pissed.

                          I'd give access to affiliates who can distribute to a large amount of eyeballs first. Single girl sites do well on TGP's/MGP's once a surfer sees the girl a couple times so show it to them first.

                                              So you guys are saying that no one new should ever be given a break? Weren't all TOP affiliates also NEW affiliates once?

                                              Some of them became top affiliates because someone gave them a break, right?
