I just saw a company website advertising "Hacking" services who do some of the nastiest stuff I ever saw to get weblogs.

They hack the lot - the CCbill types too.

14 prosecutions sofar for theft against "individulas breaking contractual agreements with affiliates".

Its finally started. Thank you thank you thank you.

It looks like they can get round hacking by doing it - gathering evidence to warrant - then forcing a full legal request and cease operations.

The best part of it - THEY HAVE A FUCKING AFFILIATE PROGRAM

which ever sponsors I make the most with the traffic I send matters most to me, if they shave or not as long as they send me more cash in the end they win my traffic.. if a sponsor can convert traffic 1:5 and they sent you a sale every 1:30 would you really give a shit, you telling me you wont promote them cause they shave, but yet better than everyone else?

if you feel you are being shaved stop being pissed off and find someone better, only how many affilate programs out there to choose from.

Evidence of a possible crime (shaving) produced from illegal means (hacking) wouldn?t be admissible in court. It?s going to be a fun day in court with the defense lawyers asks how you received the information.

Even if they did end up in court, big programs have so much money and can force it to drag out for years and years. This sounds like one group taking a program to court, so I think it would go into discoveries, and a porn company doing discoveries on something like this would take years alone..
