I love Starbucks. Often times I'll get updates ready at home before going to bed and then get up in the morning and go to Starbucks, where I'll drink coffee while uploading on the T-Mobile Hotspot. It's a great atmosphere.Comment

I agree the Peet's does rock, but there's only a few around the Portland area. I try to go out of my way to visit whenever possible, but it's hard when there's 10 Starbucks within a 2 mile radius. Tully's is also decent. I was also a fan of Deidrich Coffee from Orange County, CA.
You can't really say that Starbuck's sells crap coffee. I mean they carry high end stuff like Jamaican Blue Mountain, Ethiopian Harrar, etc. The main problem is that their traditional blends are roasted to fuck and back. They tend to be harsh and acidic.- *** -Comment
