That is fully customizable.....
Lets says Customer (A) send in a message as follows
Subject: Thanks
Message: Your service rocks thanks
The script would reply 15 minutes later with...
Subject: Re: Thanks
Message: Thanks for your interest in our project, a customer support representative will be getting back with you shortly.

Lets say Customer (B) sends in a message as follows
Subject: Fuck you!
Message: Lick my big hairy nuts!
The Script would reply 15 minutes later
Subject: Re: Fuck you!
Message: Thanks for your interest in our project, a customer support representative will be getting back with you shortly.

So basically the script would do a Re: Their Message then send them a pre-written message.
It would need to work on a catch-all for an entire domain, so it would work with [email protected], [email protected] etc.
Anyone have a link to such a script, or do i need to have one made?
