1. You have to prove that you have no criminal records.
2. You have to prove that you are a skilled shooter, being at
the top for five years in your region. ( submachine gun )
3. Member of a ( by the government) recognised club.
4. For handguns, send in your results.
5. Having a safe, checked by the police.
