    This is not good at all. I think I' be spending most of the day in bed.

                                          what is that pill that howard stern advertises on his show? if you can remember what it is, maybe you should give it a try. he was on target with vonage so i cant imagine he would promote this pill (or whatever it is) if it didnt work to some degree.
