    What do you use?

    LLC?

              s-cops and LLC's are the best, but none have the safety of and privacy of an offshore company. the best structure is having an offshore IBC own your domestic s-corp or LLC

                  S-Corp is definitely you best bet for the tax advantages and liability wise. You can get a corp online for Michigan for like $300 at bizfilings.com. They do all the shit for you including the s-corp filing status and taxid number. Usually takes about 2 weeks.
