I figured one of those topics probably applies to every single person on this forum.
My thing is this.. assuming the new 2257 resolution is adopted, I have about 60 or so galleries floating around out there on various TGPs (hosted on my server of course) that have no 2257 links on them. Of course THE SPONSOR has 2257 links on the tour pages/whatever because i only use reputable companies as sponsors. My point is this.
Assuming this resolution is adopted by whomever decides these things, possibly hundreds of thousands of galleries will need to be modified. The ass tickler comes in here: most TGP scripts will delete/ban your galleries if you modify them *especially* if you modify the LINKS on the galleries. I think what we need to do, in the *Interim* is get all of the "Major TGP software" guys together and say look, you need to allow the "addition" of a link with certain parameters, that wont set off your "third-reich delete scheme".
Maybe i'm overreacting to this? But I remember one time I had a broken link to sponsor on a gallery and i fixed it, it was like I took a dump on the hood of someone's car or something.
