    Some simple 2257 questions

    To be honest I haven't been following the 2257 debate much

    I have these simple questions - if someone feel like answering them

    1. Must TGP galleries thumbs be softcore or censored in the future?

    And if yes, when then? When they're hosted in the US or if they are owned by someone from the US ?

    2. What about paysite tours? Must they be softcore or censored too?

    3. What about video samples on tours? Can they show everything or do they have to be softcore too?

      1. No. Censored possibly in future if changes take effect as is assuming you want to be more compliant or do not want to have to keep a bunch of records.
      1b. Date is unknown since changes could occure. Assuming no changes occure and it stands as is then figure 30 days after the date it goes into effect.
      1c. Being offshore does not effect much unless everything including yourself is also offshore. Hotlinking is still grey.
      2. Again yes or no. Depends on the records a site wants to keep. One would assume they will have hardcore inside so record keeping will be required, thus they can use hardcore tours.
      3. Answer is same as 2.

              Is that copies of all the models names and ages and shit or?
