happened was mpre along the lines that 5 accounts
were opened on the same same day. Account #1, later
determined to be a fraudster, sent money to the other 4 accounts.
None of the other 4 accounts ever did any other business
other than recieving money from the known fraud
account #1. Hence to all appearances all 5 accounts
are the same guy or group of guys.

I do like the suggestion of having the option,
when recieving money, to mark a transaction
with a hold. That is, to be able to say "I don't know this
guy, hold these particular funds until we know all is well.
Unfortunately credit card chargebacks can take months.
The customer gets their bill about a week after the end
of the month. Then they call their bank, who mails a form.
The defrauded credit card holder fills outthe form and
mails it back to the bank. By the time the bank recieves it,
it may well be 30 days after the inital charge.
Then their credit card bank has to notify ePassporte's
merchant bank, who has to go through their own procedures
and then notify ePassporte.
You can expect it to take a least 6-8 weeks for ePassporte to
know what the credit card load was charged back,
so you'd have to hold the funds for that long.
well im not a damcash affiliate but from what i have heard in these threads they just axed everyone that had an account with damcash, even if the account was opened from cc or another sponsor.

My idea of authorizing funds was to make sure your own funds were not affected during a transaction from someone unknown..

Furthermore this idea could be implemented with INSURANCE so if the deal is with someone you have never done business with you pay an extra 1% to insure the transaction. If epassporte posted figures of 1:1000 accounts are fruad then epassporte could even make a little bit of extra money while at the same time insuring customers arent getting reamed up the bunghole.
