I make about 25-35 sales a day, with around 1 or 2 chargebacks every 3 days.... When should I start getting worried that the chargeback rate is getting too high?
What's considered a high chargeback rate?

so you have only 6 or so cbs a month.. you have nothing to worry about.. you have to be over 100 total or less than 1%..
but.. with your transaction count... you could be over 2%Processing Partners http://www.processingpartners.comComment

research the reason that you are getting them; are they from affiliate sales, does the customer info looks like it makes sense, is it all from one region or for one price point such as the first rebill of a free trial, or the highest price that you offer, was the same bin was used, etc...
try to find out why you are getting them, there is a reason behind every chargeback
also, do not forget that the 100 chargeback floor is for Visa chargebacks, so out of your approx. 15 chargebacks a month, maybe around 8-9 are Visa

you have to be over 100 totalFyodor Dostoyevsky wrote: "Every man has reminiscences which he would not tell to everyone but only his friends.
