I average 15 sales a day with topbucks and average around 1:450.
Yesterday got 15:5900 .
today 1:2700
I trust them 99%.1% is a glitch in their system
Before october was converting 1:300 but its the same with everyone of my sponsors.All have dropped since OCT.Comment

Ratios have gone up for me to, but they have gone up for 90% of my sponsors. Its January, Credit Cards are full. Next month will be better.Comment

P-K or anyone else experiencing off conversion ratios recently, please email me your info so we can look into it further.
Overall, we noticed lower then normal conversions recently and after looking into any possible issues on our end and speaking to other companies within the industry, we believe the problem causing low conversions is on our primary processor's end: Epoch.
We are currently working closely with Epoch to look into and resolve any issues to get conversion ratios back to normal. Looking at yesterday's stats, things seem to have improved slightly and hopefully they will continue to get back to normal quickly.
We appreciate your understanding of the situation, and again please email me your information so we can look into your individual situation as well.

I never complain about ratios, but I am today. I am 0:4000+ on topbucks. Never in 3 years+ of advertising them have I gone over 1:1000. SOMETHING is wrong. I'm always around 1:200-400

I'm on the recurring program. Signups to trials are about the same as they ever were - but signups after trial are way way down.

My ratios have all kicked back to normal or even better.Only trouble is Google just ass kicked some more of my spam so my traffic is down now.
I can't help but love topbucks and the way they operate but i won't tell them that to their face.I just like to complain to them.
I usually only talk to Quentin when I want to whinge and he is really decent and cool about it.
