If I was Dre I wouldn't refund his money either.
Dre sent his girlfriend to Vegas to give the cards to everyone. It took me one call and 10 minutes of my time to get my cards, plus I got a bunch of cards for free. I know it wasn't any trouble for some other people too, I saw Dee get his the same time I did.Comment

I remember picking up those cards with Grimshawn and waiting around the harrah's lobby for quite a while to get in touch with your girlfriend, spelling out her last name to security and finally getting upstairs. Granted the cards were nice but I would be pretty upset myself having to go around to a different hotel to pick them up. I think you should have made the effort to contact your clients, not have them go to your girlfriend. Cards were good quality though.

Hindsight is always 20/20.
1) don't take or place orders last minute
2) you should refund the shipping fee in full.
3) you should have delivered the cards to the bellman at the venetian and leave them under your clients name.
We had shipping problems as well. I stressed probably just as much as you. Fedex never picked up an order from the shipping company so 2 of my clients were stuck.
we had them on a plane the next day.
after much confusion, A courier picked up the cards from the airport and delivered them to the hotel for my clients.
I refunded the shipping fee to my clients even though I was out the cost of shipping (thus losing any profit).
My clients stressed just as much as yours did, however I think they are happy with the end result and the effort to make sure the cards were delivered directly to them.
Hindsight IS 20/20. I won't be making any last minute orders around the Holidays anymore.SharkyComment

The thing is I picked up maybe 400 cards from her and I ordered 10k cards. When do I get my other 9k of cards. Is UPS still fucked up, it's been a while since internext and nothing has arrived.
I assume UPS is still not giving out tracking numbers. Plus, he told me they were sent and UPS fucked up and they would not arrive in time, so he re-printed them. This means there are 20k cards out there now, so actually where are my other 19k of cards.
IF they were sent before and UPS was just lagging I can't see UPS having a 14 day delay on shipping a boz of Biz cards.
So where are my other 19k of cards, and when will they arrive here?Comment

I'd be running over to DH's room knocking on his door and calling him every 5 minutes until I reached him (yes, I'm sure you didn't have his room number). He paid for the cards, he shouldn't have to walk to another hotel and track someone down just to get what he originally paid for. At the very least, arguing with clients is a little unprofessional. There was obviously numerous fuckups and the client's not happy. Just refund the money and move on to the next one.
i was in vegas stuck in a hotel room waiting for people to get their cards. + i went throught all kinds of bullshit to get their in u.s it took me 24 hours to get to vegas when it was supposed to take me less than 8 hours so i think we did every thing we could.Comment

I was in vegas with 3.5k more you got the message on your cell phone + 4-5 call . Chowda brough more (I drove 4 hours to deliver you thoses) and you didn't picked up .
