Allright . Martin here!! You were the only one out of the all of the clients that didn’t picked up their cards at Harra's Hotel next to your tradeshow in Vegas . All the pick-up info were available on GFY, we messaged your ICQ and I never got any answer from you guys.Our losses were not limited only to 1500$, we end up reprinting material which was sent by UPS but didn't make it in time, we drove to Montreal to ship with a second person just in case my girlfriend couldn't make it in time (her flights were delayed 5 times because of US security measures), and we've been plagued with stress for a whole week. It would have been cheaper for us to re-imburse every order ($5000) but we knew everyone was counting on these cards, so because UPS & US border controls delayed all our shipment, in order to make $2500, we have spend $1500 in traveling, $500 in personal expenses & over $1000 in reprinting, but imagine how many people wouldn't been pissed off if we just did re-imbursement....You were also in touch at the party over there with guys from deluxe pass and other guys (I’ve seen the pics on GFY) who GOT their cards from us in Vegas, that's why we left the info on the boards about our location next to your tradeshow …

We did everything we could to get those cards to the customers on time at at our own expences. We are terribly sorry that you could not find us, we were right at the Hotel next to the show, but we were there as promised.

Oh and if you say you called us twice, then why you didnt leave any message on our answering machines with a phone # to call back or a place to make the delivery ? And btw when I drove down to Mtl that was to bring 3000 more of YOUR cards on the plane to make sure you had enough . 4 hours drive . So whatever now I did everything I could if you cant help yourself or your partying too hard then its not my fault .
The cards are gone by ups the day b4 I sent you the email at first . Id have to drop by my office to get the tracking # wich I cant do right now because Im on work hours and after that I got a souper with my parents that I see rarely. So I will post the tracking # here as I get in the office.
