    This is amazing

    I have never really exersized before. I am a lazy bastard.

    I used to do a lot of cardio in highschool. I was big on track and field, and rugby. So I had to be in decent shape. I loved to run.

    But I have never had muscle.

    Well I started a routine. 20 situps and 8 pushups was all I could do to start. I started 2 weeks ago.
    I can now do 70 situps and 30 pushups.

    My triceps are getting really big and my stomach muscles are really strong.

    I can't believe how FAST this "working out" thing works.

      you should get worked up before you do your sit ups and push ups... once the adrenaline starts flowing I bet you could do at least 50 push ups..

        It's not even determination. I am starting slow because I am so lazy when it comes to getting off this chair. I do this before I go to bed every night and it is working.

            If you want to REALLY see results, start doing crunches instead of situps and start doing bench presses instead of pushups.

                yeah , same here , I started a month ago , right now I do on average 400 (12*33) push ups a day and 200 situps (4*50) which I think is a lot . In the beginning you see lots of change but after a while you don't really notice it anymore

                            i'm sorry to tell you this but you saying it because you want to feel like you growing but you not... to see result get your lazy ass up and go to gym 4-5 times a week for few months, then you MIGHT see some decent results... 30 pushups won't do anything

                              any type of exercise done regular will have effect !

                                          first of all to be a bodybuildeR you need to change your life pretty much and it's not easy... i'm not talking about becoming body builder i'm saying go to gym if you want to see "SOME" muscle, going to gym for 3-7 months won't make you a terminator... 30 pushups a day is nothing and it wont change you at all
