I have never really exersized before. I am a lazy bastard.
I used to do a lot of cardio in highschool. I was big on track and field, and rugby. So I had to be in decent shape. I loved to run.
But I have never had muscle.
Well I started a routine. 20 situps and 8 pushups was all I could do to start. I started 2 weeks ago.
I can now do 70 situps and 30 pushups.
My triceps are getting really big and my stomach muscles are really strong.
I can't believe how FAST this "working out" thing works.
