Yes Google sucks now. I'm using teoma and fortunately Yahoo just is dropping the Google results (very smart Yahoo). They better hurry up and fix their results or they will find themselves going the way of Altavista.

I think google tries to encourage exactness, meaning if you wanna find something, be specific and use the advanced operators and stuff like that. I haven't had any problems in the past nor having them now.Comment

Recently google has sucked for all terms period, whether or not they are directly related to an industry or not. I mean theoretically speaking you can bank off of anything and at this point it seems that Google is. I can't search for shit on it anymore, not even very specific queries about colleges, or government sites.
Pretty much all its useful for is a quick way to search through many various newsgroups and messageboards to troubleshoot various shit. But its quality of most searches has gone to complete shit.
