Got the same problem. But I found a way to fix the problems with cheques.
Instead of posting 30 messages on this board I work and this way I'm able to get cheques every week that are at least $300.. and uh.. I just pay ?9 per cheque so ;-)
Most sponsors allow the set the min payout to another value. Make sure it's set to $100+
For CCBill it's not as easy but if you send them a FAX (no emails because they need a signature) they can also change the payout period.
Best way to solve things is to OR make enough or to let them pay ya once a month

I use rabo to cash my cheques: about $6-7 per cheque.

I've set a minimum payout at ccbill, just contact there staff.

Get an account in the US. Banks with branches in the US (ABN, ING) might be able to set you up with one. I cache US checks for free... It costs about 5 euro to mail the checks to the US. So far in the past 4 years I never had checks lost in the mail...

Hun.. thanks for that advice. I contact my bank asap. Are these cheques on your name or do they have to be on the name of some bankguy (the one who's inning the cheques in the US?)

$5 to send them is definitly an serious option!!

            Maby you should try oko-bank
They took last year 60FM (about 10 euros)/per check

I haven´t cashed any checks in euro time yet but i bet oko is still cheaper than Nordea or what ever you are using

Thanxz from that info, I have to mayby look into that option (using Nordea atm).. I am now using wire transfer but I have to still pay Nordea something like 20euro each transfer..!!

Yea, me too... though it's unlikely. ? is cool though I'd love to be paid in £s!

At least that way, those greasy bent fucks at American Express can't demand a huge fee.

If I'd known getting a US account was that easy I'd never have married the wife. I thought getting a wife qwith a US account was the only way!

Joe, you open an account in your name, so checks should be in your name as well. I have an account in my personal name, I sign a check made out to "the hun's yellow pages" with my own name (on the endorsement on the back) and signature, never heard a question about that one...
