Thats why we have courts to tell us what information is valid and what information isnt valid. And to decide what he is culpible of. If the laws of the country he is in call for death then so be it.

                                                                I think your all still missing the point . They are planning on murdering an old guy that has never killed anyone and so far no proof i have seen he planned or ordered any killings either.

                                                                So it boils down to guilt by association. That doesnt sound like grounds for cold blooded murder to me.

                                                                Lets say the guy was a sniper that sniped innocent people every week and he admitted to it on palestinian tv , then maybe i could understand a co-ordinated hit or arrest and then a trial.

                                                                But as it stands , they just launch missiles into an apartment complex or a crowded street , with no regard for children or innocent people near by. Just to target some old guy because he preches hate.

                                                                In order to know its not just some hyped up crap we need to have judges and trials and sentances. We cant just arbitrarliy murdewr people because of what they say.

But he was paroled after isreal security agents attempted to cold bloodedly assasinate someon e else in jordan so they traded 2 murderers for 1 murderer not for hostages as you so nicely put it.
