You can do something like that.. I try to build sites with a lot of actual content myself.
Like.. I'll make a big fucking site about butterflies or something. Some galleries.. a bunch of text for search engines about butterflies, and in a few months when the traffic is flowing I'll add a bunch of sponsor links.
I also make a note whenever I search for something online myself.. and I later refer back to that list for ideas of sites I can make.
