Ok I see the newbie delima of not being able to afford an attorney. Seriously though a fricken paralegal could explain this shit to to. Can not afford a paralegal, buy yourself a legal dictionary or subscribe to the one on the net. It is not hard to figure out.
Oh and attornies will give different "advice" depending on who you talk to. The law is not the law until proven so in court.
