Verotel?

you haven't been able to reach their admin since the 19th? i have had some intermittant problems logging into the admin myself, but they just started this morning... back in now though, and new sales are listed. not a ticketsclub user though, happily i'm on the Verotel Pro system..

No, can't get through outta Toronto. Direct IP won't completely
load enough to get logged in either.

I've only got 2 amateur sites on them, wasn't worth the extra
$1500 for pro.

mmm... odd then, as i haven't had any trouble reaching the admin until today. if they made a DNS change that is affecting your ISP i'm sure it will rotate around to you soon..

looks like their nameserver is pointing to 'localhost 127.0.0.1'. At least I get my local webserver when I type in www.verotel.com
verotel.com resolves somewhere else

i don't get it, i'm looking at fresh stats right now in their admin... i'm in the states, btw..

I get a 403 forbidden error

If they've changed their DNS to 127.0.0.1 (which points to your OWN computer) then it may be an attempt to thwart a DoS attack. I don't see how it would help much though, since they can just blast the IP...

Tonight's rebills haven't gone through yet, but I did get paid today and they are taking sales still. Nothing to worry about yet, just annoying.

I wouldn't worry about them too much I mean it's only a month or so before they have to pay out all the money they were supposed to be holding for all those accounts they closed. I can't imagine them milking people along with that stupid tickets club thing until they are supposed to pay out thousands and thousands of dollars and then just going away.

There back up in Australia..Sales have been going gangbusters for the past week and were still beeing processed while they were down....

Same here, I broke a profit record last week, and sales are still going strong.
