    Expired domains...pool.com etc...

Do you buy expired domains? What's the most you've paid through an auction type site...like pool.com?

I used to snap expired domains myself for $8.75 6 months ago then competition got fierce and now for a good domain you need to backorder it with the pros.
I have paid over $10,000 for 1 and $6000 for another but generally usually around 100-200 $

About $800. Never got serious into the expired domain market. Prefer to get high PR sites through other means.

Its not all about pr.Some have value just in the name and or traffic.i have one site siemenssolar.com that is making $120 p.w in adsense.
It cost me $120 in pool so its doing well.
Akcfug.org cost me $60 with snapnames and made me $150,000.

Of course then there are those that make nothing.
