    site in polish, but you may buy SS-27 russian missile launcher (one of the best in the world)...Actuall price in licitation is about 4 thousands dollars .;) (but dunno what's minimal price)...So,i f you have money and nothnin' to do with them...u may buy SS-27 and put it to your garden ;).
    however i don't know how much transport to usa from poland would cost :o..
    this is a first rocket from the SS-27 series, but it didn't pass tests and Russians have decided to disarm it and sell..So it is without warheads,all the directiing electronics are also uninstalled, same with rocket engines...but transporter still works and could be drived ..and it still looks good ;).
