I've removed the name of the sponsor he's trying to spam (he's not associated with them) as it's being dealt with.

I am getting tired of seeing the same old pictures in your gallery submissions. Starting today I am going to be banning webmasters who submit galleries with sponsor content in them. Fresh high quality can be purchased cheaply and this will definitely improve your gallery listings and make you more money. After all that's what we're in this business for, right. ****** sells good content cheaply - 5,000 pics. for only $99 You can't beat that anywhere. Use the link provided below, it'll make me a couple bucks. Drop me an email with a copy of your purchase receipt and I'll rotate your galleries through out our top 10 positions for a week. This way you'll get quality content and good traffic. If you don't like ****** content then purchase else where, just get some content. Once banned you won't be reinstated.

Ironically, the provider he is spamming, is one I often purchase content from.
