    Tea instead of Coffee

    I been doing the switch slowly and I am beggining to like drinking a nice cup of tea during the day.

    So far my favorite are Green tea (as many good stuff for your body) Chai green tea (love the smell and taste) And Sleepy time tea (much better then hitting a spliff and getting up all tired in the morning)

    Anyone have any other good kind of tea they could suggest. My tast buds (I like this word) are asking for new experience

      i always gravitate towards green tea if i'm drinking tea. but i've had some good plum, apricot blends. go check in the ethnic food isle of your supermarket, they prolly have tons of shit.

                  There's this AWESOME tea wholesaler near here. They do looseleaf teas, all natural stuff, and the flavours are to die for. I'm doing the Creme Caramel right now

                      Yup a do the Honey spoon to. Hell my digestion is better and I feel over all less stress or tired in the morning then when i use to drink Coffee.
