                          well it does, when you cant even do a half decent tgp design how are you going to do a paysite. show us 5 example pay sites you have done. so people can buy one off you.

                                                              cpme on give the guy a break, he's still learning his stuff and therefore the prices are low. The tgp designs aren't really that bad. Try to keep up the good work and improve along the way

                                                                              Content is more important than tours. A 100 dollar tour with the right content will convert better than a 1000 dollar tour with shitty content.

                                                                              Just because you buy at webinc for isntance doesnt mean it will convert. They will do their part for 1k+ but the content part (most important) is yours.

                                                                                          If you're a top designer he's not ging to hurt your biz, after all he is going after the low budget guys. Hell use him to make a few Deluxe Pass or ARS Champ sites or a BYOT I don't think anyone wants to pay 1k for a design for any of those kinds of sites.. so his pricing would fit right in for those.

                                                                                                              My experience on GFY shows me that it's the insecure competition that shows up in someone else's threads and bashes their work. For some reason they seem to think that if they say someone else's work sucks that it will get them more business. That's obviously the philosophy of some very inexperienced business newbies, because any of us that hire others would never hire someone that approaches business that way.

                                                                                                              If your work is so much better I'm sure you won't have any trouble selling it. Then again, I've got a feeling that most of the haters are non webmasters that just think it somehow makes them look important to bash someone else's work.

                                                                                                              In response to the person that said they spent $1000 for their tour and anything less would suck, sorry but you're wrong. I use several designers that do amazing work for far less than that.

                                                                                                              The other comment about the content being what makes a site convert and the tour can suck just doesn't make an sense at all. The only way someone will see the content will be to join and why would they join if the tour sucks?

                                                                                                              If you mean the content in the tour, I still doubt if that is true. I sure as hell am not going to fork over $24.95 if the tour is amatuerish. Even though the content in the tour might be good, my assumption would be that the members area would be that they spent all their money on some good content for the tour but couldn't afford a good designer and probably would have a shitty members area too.
