im fat too (and have been normal weight) so dont bother replying that im wrong or an asshole either. it just pisses me off when fat people post this bullshit.

nick dont take it personel, (from all aacounts you seem like a really cool guy that I couls destroy a buffet with) what i said goes for all fat people.
Actually I believe the point is that they are happy doing the things that make them fat and they don't feel like making themselves UNHAPPY just to be thin

If I could eat whatever I wanted and be thin, sure - that would be great But I can't. So I make a choice to be fat and I'm happy with it

If you're not happy, then do something about it. Being miserable about anything isn't a way to live

well that's a problem mentality. unless you've gone to an experienced trainer or you've really done what it takes to be thin & healthy (constructing a good WORKING meal plan, working out consistantly) then you can't say that you'd be "happier" doing what you're doing...

a lot of people have the common misconception that in order to be thin and healthy, you have to go through hell and be unhappy... but this is really just the opposite...

if you've reached a goal, if you're thin and healthy n' look good, you generally will feel good physically and emotionally.

but, in the rare occurance that a person has "been there n' done that" and STILL reverts back to being overweight, then so be it.

the problem is is most people are just uninformed about how to reach physical goals because of all the bullshit fad diets and workout plans out there. the only true way to reach goals (this is practically universal to everyone) is to first follow a basic foundation, and then become more specific oriented fitness-wise. doing all of this takes either the use of an experienced fitness trainer, or time to educate yourself.

never try the bullshit fad diets you see on TV.

            /end rant.

              all excuses.

the problem is there is No Disipline when it comes to what people put in their mouth.

              end of story.

not totally. i think we can agree that everyone WANTS to look good.

and a lot of people really try these BULLSHIT diets out there and they don't work, and if they do, they only work for a certain amount of time and the weight is gained back once they "go off"

people are just really stupid, and advertising makes great use of it.

and so when they fail, they figure that it's their genetics to blame and THEN get lazy.

it's really not as difficult as it seems, just have to see past the bullshit advertising of false promises.

                        You're wrong.

When I was younger, I fell on some hard times. Lost my job, lost my crib, was out on the street and bouncing around friends places trying to get back on my feet. I had no money to speak of aside from what meagre morsels MSS (welfare) would cast to me every so often.

Now, I'm a big guy... 6'2", solid build, and when I was at my healthiest I was around 220lbs (had just a hint o' six pack going on, so my body fat ratio was obviously pretty low). I went from that point down to around 160lbs due to starvation because of that lack of money. I looked like skin stretched over a xylophone.

When I landed a job and started clawing my way back up the ladder, I ate, and I got fatter, and it was the best damn feeling in the world. That weight was a badge of honour... I came back from a point where my body was consuming itself just to survive, to where I could sport a belly.

Of course, taken to extremes it could yield some seriously negative health effects, and I'm back in the gym regularly these days anyways... when I starved, I lost a lot of muscle mass and I still have lingering problems building up today as a result. However, I enjoy the way I feel when I work out.

Not one single day since I put on the weight I have now have I felt 'unhappy' because of it.

While we are on the subject, let's go ahead and call out the webmasters with pimple faces, or glasses, or greasy ass hair, or the chicks in this biz with fucked up faces, or raggedy looking pussies, or lopsided tits. Let's call everyone out it's a matter of fact because I am sure everyone is flawed in one way or another.
