    ANyone else have icq problems during the day?

    recently I can seem to ever log onto icq during the day - at night it works fine - but it just won't connect during regular office hours.


    right now, as with most every day - I'm icq less. It really sucks


    I'm getting pretty pissed about it too. I'm getting the feeling ICQ has cheaped out on bandwidth and is over loaded during the day now.

      Mine quit working just before 9 am yesterday morning and didnt come back on til around 3 in the afternoon. And RRRED's been having issues too I know -

              well are you using trillian or just plain jane icq?

              I use trillian and have trouble continuously with it not connecting but when I was using regular icq I had none...

                  ICQ blows .
                  bottom line .

                  I only use it cause it has history .
                  and trillian fucked up on me constantly when I tried that .

                                  I haven't had any trouble.. do you remember back in the day when you had to load it up with different servers? Friends swapped them and swore each other to secrecy.. heh

                                                  My ICQ is totally bizarro. During December, I had a lot of deadlines and mostly stayed off ICQ, but it apparently ate a bunch of message I got when I was offline, so a bunch of people I was not ignoring thought I was.

                                                  Today, my ICQ has been doing this thing where it will give me a weird error message when I try to send, but then it will work the next time I try the same message to the same person.

                                                  Possessed I think.

                                                                      i an continously having problems logging into ICQ, dont like the feel of trillian

                                                                      i downloaded the lastest version and that is when i began noticing these problems, wonder if that has to do with it or if the issue lays on the network side
