Four of Regpay's leaders were indicted, and three were arrested over the summer in France and Spain. U.S. authorities are seeking to have them transferred the United States for prosecution.

Although ASACP is not mentioned, ASACP has been sending the FBI reports on pedoworld (in its various forms) since 2000 and detailed reports which implicated regpay.com and trustbill.com since February 15, 2003 with the last one being on Jan 11, 2004.

In fact, ASACP alerted the FBI-LA to how pedoworld was using a hotmail address to obtain customers and direct them to payment methods

On May 28th, Tim Henning from ASACP sent the FBI-LA a report on regpay.com that included the US phone number for customer service, the URL of the Contact page and the exact billing link.

ASACP recently identified the Florida billing company that seems to have replaced regpay.com as the preferred billing company for child pornography memberships and forwarded that information to the FBI.

It feels good knowing that ASACP and the adult site industry have
contributed to these arrests!
