brazilian/german "family-company" is looking for partners

hi everybody

as i am new to the board i just briefly introduce myself

me and my girlfriend are trying to establish a little webdesign-and model-company in germany. since she is a real hot latina cutie the idea to f*** her and tape it was the start of her own homepage -which is still under construction- .

the reason is simple: germany sucks! new laws make it almost impossible to broadcast erotic materials without ending up in jail.

but we just dont want to waste any more time and offer our content, connections and skills to somebody who is willing and able to guide and support us on our way in to the u.s. market.

we are pretty much open to anything- ideal would be somebody who can cover or assist all of the following items

-webspace (not necessarily free but reliable and flexible) incl.
-windows-media-server licence (extra-charges for live-events ?)
-payment
-traffic etc.
-we also consider to establish an affiliate-company in the u.s.
does anybody sell and manage companies ?

(by the way does this "acacia-lawsuit"-thing apply to us ?)
